"And he is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world's." (1 John 2:2)
The work of salvation was carried out in favor not of just one, or of a group, but in favor of all the men that will pass over the Earth, of all times, without any discrimination, although not all will receive salvation, and not all will be saved. Jesus died for the sins of all men and women in the world, and salvation is ordained and destined for all, with the only condition that they only repent and accept the Testimony of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God through faith. God has predestined and elected those who will be saved, but this was by the power of his foreknowledge, with absolutely no imposition of will. He left everything free as a great challenge to prove the glory of his power, and only He, who is omniscient, knows who are the elect who will accept salvation, remain in faith to the end and overcome.
However, even though He had foreknowledge of everything and saw everything from eternity, He never planned the destruction of anyone, because He is holy. Man fell into sin by his own choice, and the wicked are likewise lost by their own choice. God designed salvation for the entire human race, He never ever designed anyone's damnation, which comes by the unbelievers' own free choice. A providence of salvation was made for the sinful men of this world, and this providence was successful. The only condition of salvation for any man who will be willing is to repent of evil believing in the Name of Jesus. For any person who hears the Word of God, if there is faith in Christ in him, that person will in no way be excluded from the reach of salvation, whoever he may be, for in him there was the surrender of the heart to the Kingdom of God.
Because of God's righteousness, Jesus died even for those who will not accept salvation and will be lost because of unbelief and contempt against the Creator. On a greater plane, after the death of Christ, the only sin for which man will be judged is the unbelief of despising the Son of God, for a possibility of forgiveness and redemption has been won for fallen sinners, by the blood of Jesus. It is certain that in the final day men who reject the truth will be judged each according to his works, but this will only happen because of their contempt and unbelief against the Light. Jesus, in His atoning death, paid the price for the sins of the whole world, of all men of all times, righteous and ungodly. When God sent His Son into the world, He did not discriminate or differentiate any person who will pass over the Earth. God has looked at everyone, and now there will only be no salvation for the unbelievers and ungodly who remain loving darkness. He so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. He provided salvation for absolutely all people, for all mankind, for all the children of Adam, who at the beginning of creation despised God's protection, fell into sin for nothing and brought corruption and death to the world.
The Gospel must be preached to all people, absolutely, and without any discrimination. Only God knows the elect, and no one can be condemned in advance, as long as there is life, and as long as there is a possibility for this person to believe. We are all sinners, we were born sinners and we have no righteousness of our own to present before God so that we might be saved in our own strength, for we were born spiritually dead, condemned and without any power of our own to do anything. Everyone who repents of his sins and believes in the Son of God will be saved, and everyone who does not believe will be condemned. The Gospel must be preached, that Jesus Christ died for the sins of all men in the world, and all those who accept it will be saved, without any discrimination. Tell your neighbors, and tell your friends and co-workers that Jesus Christ died for them, rised again and is with outstretched hands ready to save them from the Fire of Eternal Judgment and the Wrath of God that is to come upon the world, and if they only repent and believe, they will by no means be rejected.
No one can be rejected in advance, only God has the foreknowledge of the elect, and it may be that the person you least expect, perhaps of the worst sinners, is an elect, for the only righteous who ever existed among us was the Son of God, and He alone is the Just One of God among us, He who, being fully God, also became fully man, like any of us, but without sin. There is salvation for all who will accept Christ, men and women, old and young, poor and rich, small and mighty. In the eyes of God, there is no man who is different or superior to others. Even the saved, who cannot live in sin, must still consider themselves sinners and in need of the constant Grace of God, through Christ's righteousness and not our own, which only this Grace justifies and forgives us forever. All have sinned and are therefore cut off from the glory of God, but are justified freely through faith through the righteousness and redemption that are in Christ Jesus our Lord, who came into the world and became man, and paid the debt for the sins of all and overcame the powers of darkness by sacrificing his perfect, innocent and incorruptible life, for the forgiveness and salvation of all those who receive him, believing in his name.
He fulfilled perfect justice and suffered the punishment of God's righteous wrath, which was against men, experiencing death for the sins of the entire world who rebelled against the Creator. No matter how much you have sinned, if in your heart there is still the possibility of the existence of Faith in God, by hearing the preaching of the Gospel, you will be forgiven of your sins and saved. Whoever does not believe in the Testimony that God gives of his Son makes God a liar, but whoever believes in the Son of God certifies that God is true. God so loved the world, and He did something wonderful for us, forgiveness, salvation and eternal life will be granted to all who will be willing with a repentant heart and believe in the name of Jesus.
