"But now has he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises." (Hebrews 8:6)
The Pact of the New Covenant of Salvation is between God and the Church, among all who believe, of all nations, but this Pact is in Christ, who is the Head of the Church and the Mediator of this New Accord. All those who receive Christ, through faith, among all peoples, without any discrimination, will be included in this New Covenant and made partakers of the Kingdom of God for Salvation, for the Pact of Salvation is in Jesus Christ, the Son, and all those who are in Christ will be made participants in this Pact, which is between God and the whole world, which reaches the whole world, the whole human race, without excluding absolutely any man or woman, if only they repent and believe in the Testimony of Jesus, and all who persevere in faith to the end will be made heirs of salvation to eternal life.
"Why he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come to God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them." (Hebrews 7:25)
The Church is the Body of Christ, but the Pact and salvation is not in the Church, nor in Israel, but in the life and atoning work of Christ, the Messiah and Savior of all, who was for all who believe. If anyone is not in Christ, he cannot be a participant in the New Pact, which is the New Covenant, which is the Final Covenant that God designed for the salvation of the whole world, among those who submit to His Kingdom and receive the Gospel. If anyone is not in Jesus, he cannot be partakers of this Covenant, even if, apparently, he is in the Church, for the New Pact is not in the Church, but in Christ, who died for all, and was validated in His blood, and established within the person of the Son of God, by His righteous, approved, and perfect life, having also risen for our justification.
"And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance." (Hebrews 9:15)
For someone to be accepted and become a participant in the Covenant of Salvation, which is received through Faith in the Word of God, it is necessary for that person to accept the Testimony of Christ, and to be in Christ, through Faith and obedience to His commandments, for the Pact is in Him , not in ourselves. The preservation of the Faith and obedience to the commandments of Christ are the condition for anyone to remain in the Covenant, to be a participant in it and to have its rights, blessings and salvation. The Old Covenant, or Old Pact of the Law, was between God and Israel, with Moses as mediator, and the Covenant was in Moses, through the Law, validated by the blood of calves and lambs, and the fulfillment of the Law was the condition to stay the same. The New Covenant is the Covenant of Faith, which was promised and which began, in principle, from Abraham, independent of the Law, which came later.
"That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." (Galatians 3:14)
The New Covenant is between God and all peoples, and this Covenant is in Christ, the chosen descendant of Abraham, and Christ was also made Surety, Mediator and High Priest of this New Confession, His own blood being the validating blood of this Pact, which was for the forgiveness of our sins and for our redemption, and through His resurrection sealed and definitively established it, to fulfill all the just demands of the Righteous Justice of God, which was against us from the beginning, against all the sins of the world, and so that, this Justice being satisfied by His Supreme Sacrifice, the possibility might be obtained for the forgiveness of our offenses and for the salvation of the chosen ones, and so that through them God would gather for himself a New People, providing of all nations, among those who receive Him, hearing His Word.
"Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." (Hebrews 9:12)
This New Pact is between God and all peoples, or especially between God and the Church, which began in Israel and includes Israel itself, if there are among the children of the First Promise any who believe in the work of salvation of the Son of God, for the same New Covenant was destined to contemplate, at first, the Israelites themselves, and now also without excluding any person who is born under the Sun, without any separation, if only in this person there is Faith and Acceptance towards the Truth of God, which is in Jesus. But the New Covenant is not in the Church, nor in Israel, nor in the peoples, the Covenant was sealed and it is in the life and person of Jesus Christ, the Son, for the justification and salvation of all those who, with a good and upright heart, open their eyes to the Light, convert and submit to the Kingdom of God.
"For he is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of two one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both to God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby." (Ephesians 2:14-16)
The New Pact of Salvation is between God and the whole world, among those who believe, but this Covenant is in Christ, who by His death and resurrection redeemed us from sin and the Kingdom of Darkness, and brought us the possibility of complete forgiveness for our sins, through faith, and brought us redemption and incorruptible spiritual rebirth for readmission into the Kingdom of God, which is already present in our hearts, which has already won and which will also manifest itself visibly in the world to confirm the eternal immutability of divine justice and the freedom of the glory of the Sons of God in Light unto eternal life. Everyone who believes in Christ and remains in the Faith, which is to remain in Christ, will become a participant in the New Covenant of Salvation, for regeneration from the present time and future permanent entry into the Existential Domains of the Eternal Kingdom of Light.
"Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him." (Romans 5:9)
"That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." (Titus 3:7)
